Arriving by car or public transport:

	The Sun Yat-Sen Freeway (National 1), take the Nankan exit ? Chunjih Rd. right turn onto Sanmin Rd. right turn onto Jungshan Rd . behind the County Government Offices.
	The Sun Yat-Sen Freeway (National 1), take the airport interchange eastward (National 2) take the Taoyuan exit turn right onto Guoji Rd. turn left onto Wen Jung Rd. Hsiamen Street Cultural Center.
	Taipei-Ilan Bei'er Freeway (National 3) westwards from the Yingko interchange take the Taoyuan exit continue as above (2.)
	The Longitudinal Highway convergence of Fuhsing Rd. and Jungshan Rd. in Taoyuan City County Government Offices Cultural Center.
	Take a Taoyuan City Bus (No.1) getting off at the County Government (Hsien Jung-Fu), or Bus (No.101) to the Cultural Center(Wen-hua Jong-hsin).

Arriving by car or public transport :

	Leave the freeway at the Jungli (Neili) exit. Travel towards the center of Jungli until you see the international Lions Club clock tower road junction and there take a right turn onto Junghua Rd. into Yenping Rd. for about 1km, then turn left Jungmei Rd. for about 300 m.
	Leave the freeway at the Jungli (Neili) exit. Travel towards the center of Jungli until you see the international Lions Club clock tower road junction and there take a right turn onto Junghua Rd. into Yenping Rd. for about 1km, then turn left Jungmei Rd. for about 300 m.
	From Jungli Railway Station walk along Yuanhua Rd. for about 8 minutes, and the arts center is to your left on Jungmei Rd.
	The Longitudinal Highway convergence of Fuhsing Rd. and Jungshan Rd. in Taoyuan City County Government Offices Cultural Center.
	Take the Taoyuan Bus No.1 or Jungli Kechan Bus No.1, getting off at the Jungmei Rd. gas station ( Jng-mei Lu Jia You Jan) and then walk a couple of minutes along Jungmei Rd.

	8:30~12:00 a.m. ,1:00~4:50 p.m.
	Open on national holidays, closed the next day
	Museum closed Monday and Tuesday morning. (Closed all day on Tuesdays following two-day weekends). Also closed on traditional holidays (Chinese New Year, Tomb-sweeping Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival) and the last day of each month
